Gabriela - Italy

I began my Pay-Back “adventure” as a junior auditor with one or our most important retail distribution clients. A year later, I was part of the “flying team” and was developing new activities at our clients’ premises.  After a year and a half, I become Key Account and was responsible for several clients in the Latium region, and then in Lombardy. Recently, Pay-Back offered me the huge challenge of becoming the new RH & Finance Manager in Italy, a great achievement for me!

Nelia – Portugal

When I joined Pay-Back, I was part of the first contingent of auditors in Portugal. At first auditor 1, I later progressed to the position of auditor 2, then 3. When new players in mass retail distribution were signed I was able to display my interpersonal skills with the clients and my team management qualities. It thus followed naturally that I was promoted to Operational Co-ordinator and then Operational Manager Portugal. Now I participate in recruiting my team and in developing its efficiency, and the results are showing.

Audrey – France

With a wealth of experience behind me in the field of the real estate, I was recruited by Pay-Back, now 5 years ago, in order to take part in the installation of a new concept of audit dealing with the analysis of the business leases of our customers. Engaged as a junior auditor, I could evolve quickly like senior auditor, then leader auditor. Today, I am lucky to work with our collaborators based in our foreign subsidiaries, in order to develop this concept internationally. A beautiful evolution, possible thanks to the many means which Pay-Back offered to me !

Vincenzo - Italy

My career begins in large-scale distribution, then is tended towards the accounting audit. Pay-Back was thus the ideal compromise! It was the best job that I could hope : autonomy, responsibility, concrete objectives and human relationships.My determination and my results very quickly allowed me to bore within the company and thus, from the function of Senior Auditor, I became Coordinator. Pay-Back Italy having known a considerable growth, I then became Italy Operational Responsible where I had the honor to manage a team of Coordinators and Key Accounts, which, over the years, acquired more professionalism and experience. That allowed me then to delegate many responsibilities, to assume others of them! The opening of Pay-Back in Romania gave an international turning point to my career, as well as increasing the good results and making grow a group of collaborators of confidence. Lastly, in 2011, Pay-Back wished an operational direction of the group; and here I am, starting from January 2011, Director of the Operations of Pay-Back.
